I want to update you on the exciting news happening at Four Seasons Hosting and our plans for the future.

First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff members who have been supporting Four Seasons and myself tirelessly over the past few months. Your dedication and hard work have been instrumental in our progress.

As many of you know, Four Seasons Hosting was created with the vision of empowering everyday people to run awesome communities, create games, and more. Your valuable input and feedback have always been at the core of our decision-making process. Now, let's talk about some of the key changes and improvements we are working on:

1. Server Upgrades: We recognize the need for better performance and reliability, which is why we are investing in upgrading our servers. While we have been impressed with AMD Epyc, upgrading them has proven to be a costly endeavor. To maintain cost-effectiveness without compromising performance, we have decided to switch to Dual Intel CPU systems with DDR4, similar to what we currently have. Additionally, we are introducing NVMe storage across all servers for lightning-fast data access and reduced latency.

2. Provider Migration and Expanded Server Locations: As part of our commitment to enhancing our services, we are moving to a new hosting provider that will enable us to take our services to the next level. This migration will not only result in improved infrastructure and resources but will also allow us to expand our server locations to better cater to your needs.

We are thrilled to announce that our servers will now have locations in three strategic areas across the United States:

• Dallas, TX: Our new server location in Dallas, Texas, will serve as a central hub, providing excellent connectivity and accessibility for users across the country.

• Charlotte, NC: With a server presence in Charlotte, North Carolina, we aim to cater to our East Coast clients more effectively. This location is strategically chosen to offer enhanced performance and reduced ping times for users in the eastern parts of the United States and Canada.

• Los Angeles, CA: On the West Coast, we are excited to establish a server location in Los Angeles, California. This location will provide top-notch connectivity for our users on the West Coast and beyond.

During this migration, IP addresses will be changing due to the server location updates. However, I want to emphasize that our team is working diligently to make this transition as smooth as possible. We have comprehensive plans in place to minimize any potential disruptions during this process.

3. Customer Support: Our dedication to exceptional customer support remains unwavering. We understand that changes can sometimes lead to concerns or questions from our valued users. Therefore, we will be ramping up our customer support team to ensure that any issues or inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

4. Future Initiatives: We have exciting plans for the future of Four Seasons Hosting. In the pipeline, we are looking at expanding our service offerings to include more customizable options for our clients. We want to continue being the go-to hosting platform for all types of communities, games, and projects, and we are actively exploring ways to achieve that goal.
